About Us

In response to her own grief, Pamela Eaton (formerly Creel) co-founded Carolina Monuments in 1991. Gary Benton, a skilled monument builder, partnered with her in that effort. Early in the process, she realized the value of that quest as many clients' eyes filled with tears of joy in response to her designs. 

Soon after, they married and the following year had a son, Randall Benton.

Decades later, Randall is developing and honing his own skills into a style all his own. He is not only taking Carolina Monuments to a new generation, but to a new level of distinction.

The work being produced by this mother/son duo is receiving compliments within the industry and is especially appreciated by their customers.
